We are looking for a front of house receptionist and office manager to join our HQ in London based at Old Street

What are we looking for?

Someone who can ensure smooth running of Front of house and provide support to the Office. The role will suit talented and committed individuals who are looking to develop their career with a busy and rapidly expanding agency.

What does the job entail?

*Overall ensure smooth running of the operation.
*Organise employees business trips
*Facilitate on-boarding of new recruits, making sure workstations are operational, liaise with IT support when necessary.
*Documents Management and Archiving (Post, scan/print)
*Make improvements to processes, systems and documentation
*Work flexibly and undertake other general administrative tasks as required
*Welcoming people inyt reception and obtaining documents.

*Able to work on own initiative and take responsibility for own workload as well as responding to requests from others
