Job Description
IntaPeople are currently partnered with a globally recognised firm within the telecoms industry. Their products continue to innovate year on year and they are very highly regarded by their clients.They have operations globally and work with some of the largest companies across the world. Due to heavy growth and big plans for future projects, they are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to strengthen their existing team that operates to ensure technical efficiency and smooth-running for the users across the business.
What you could be doing
Providing 1st Line Application support to the team, 1st and 2nd line IT support, and managing queries and issues via the IT ticketing tool.
Working hours alternate weekly. (either 7:30-15:00 or 10:30-18:00)
Using your knowledge of Windows, MAC, IOS and Android to support the internal users of the company.

Up to £30k with a 10% guaranteed annual bonus
