Fantastic opportunity to join a busy Legal Recruiter based in the centre of London with some hybrid working. The role would suit someone with at least 12 months recruitment experience in the legal sector. This role brings massive earning potential – Basic from £30k – £50k dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 40% on monthly billings. OTE for year one is an achievable £80k.for year 1. In addition to winning new business opportunities in the Legal sector, you will be required to pool/source suitable candidates and manage the entire recruitment selection process to successful placement. Experience of working as a perms or interim consultant at ANY level is a must.

We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and new business sales. Our client has also invested heavily in their digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement. Therefore, you’ll have the tools and database to make successful placements. You’ll walk into an active pipeline with clients and vacancies ready to develop as well as full marketing support.
