Job Description
Job role: Personal Assistant
Location: London
Salary: £18-25
Contract: 6 Month contract

Responsibilities:
-Having a welcoming approach to staff members and dealing with confidential matters
-Managing the calendar and accommodating day to day meeting requests and evaluating levels of priority
-Highly proficient in arranging domestic and international travel arrangements, diary management, processing expenses and running reports
-Acting as the main point of contact for all incoming requests for the teams they cover
To be considered you will need:
-Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
-Minimum 3 years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player
