Property Administrator – Branch Administrator to be based at their Winchmore Hill branch.
Must have previous Estate Agent Administration experience, Ideally exposure to the Sales and Lettings process.
Candidates MUST have Estate Agency Experience.
Our valued clients is an Independent friendly Estate Agents in North and East London.
The Branch Administrator should have relevant experience in Sales and Lettings Administration.
Applications must be from Administrators who have worked in an Estate Agency capacity.
Use of CFP and Dezrez/Rezi is preferable however not a deal breaker.
The Branch Administrator will be the meet and greet person on the front desk so good presentation is essential.
General sales and lettings administration including property brochures, sales letters, tenancy renewals, preparing ASTs etc.
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm one hours lunch, no weekend work.
