Are you a proven Business Development professional looking for your next challenge?
We are working on behalf of an exceptional Events Agency who are experts in providing a full service for live & virtual events. They are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be ultimately responsible for generating new leads.

This role is integral as a key member of the senior team. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Commercial Director and Business Development Director and others to secure and convert new business.
The role can be based in London or East Sussex
Key elements of the role:
Proactively identifying new business opportunities
Identify new opportunities for growth within existing clients
Lead identification and generation, qualification, relationship development and conversion of enquiries to confirmed orders
Keep accurate records on the CRM system
Provide regular activity reports
Provide detailed and accurate briefs to relevant teams
Working with new clients on initial workstreams
Attend relevant conferences, forums, exhibitions and trade events
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven track record of sales responsibility
Pitch experience
Experience using a CRM
Ability to work and achieve revenue targets in a strategic manner
Ability to work in a customer focused manner
Demonstrate the ability to carry out tasks within set timeframes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Hands on, can do approachSalary: Up to £65,000 per annum (experience dependent)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: London
Working arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
