Job Description

Currently on the lookout for an experienced Bid/Proposals Coordinator to join our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering and management consultancy with offices located across the UK.

With a 75-year history and a stellar reputation, our client offers its customers high-quality services in the fields of infrastructure, industry, housing, education, and health.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating information relating to bids, submissions, and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Creating content for bids and tenders, ensuring branding is consistent and adding value by amending graphic layout and proof reading.
Identifying suitable case studies and creatively producing copy accordingly.
Collating basic information for bids (organisation charts, policies, case studies) to support preparation and submission of large, complex and/or bespoke tenders, proposals, or quotes.
Improving the quality of written responses, writing presentation materials (utilising MS Office including PowerPoint).
Working closely with the Marketing Assistant and Business Development Lead to share information and create content for our website and social media platforms, newsletters, and other external communications.

What you'll need

Previous experience in a similar role.
An understanding of bid and tender processes
Ability to write creatively
Ability to convert technical information into plain English, proofread and edit
Ideally (but not essential), some knowledge of Adobe InDesign

On offer is a salary between £27,000 – £37,000, commensurate of experience.
