Job Description

Are you looking to take steps into recruitment without the full sales targets?

Due to a substantial increase in workload, we are now looking to expand our management capability further and we are looking to bring on board a hardworking, ambitious and driven Resourcing Consultant.

The Role:

This role sits within the Resourcing function and reports directly into the Resourcing Manager. You will be working closely with the Managing Director, which will be giving you high exposure internally & externally while working on high profile positions and interacting with Director levels candidates.

Key responsibilities of the role:

·Delivery of resourcing assignments across one or more business streams. These would be a mixture of temporary, permanent and executive searches.

·Proactively researching and identifying potential pools of target companies and candidates for resourcing assignments.

·Management of candidates through the recruitment process including providing interview feedback and management of the full interview process.

Person Specification

·Be able to handle multiple assignments and work to specific deadlines

·Be a problem solver and enjoy handling and managing challenges

·Be able to build a rapport with candidates and use this to gain their interest in roles

·Have a calm approach and be capable to producing under pressure

·Organized and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail

·Having a desire for professional development – the has significant promotion prospects and would suit someone with a desire to develop in to larger roles
