Job Description
1st Line Service Desk Analyst is required by a well established legal firm based near to Basingstoke paying up to £25k. The successful Service Desk Analyst will be joining a close knit IT team of 6 who are th first point of contact for around 1000 end user across the global.
This is a hybrid role 50% in office and 50% work from home which is planned on a monthly basis between yourself and your line manager during you monthly reviews. You will also be required to work a rotating weekly shift pattern and on call however if you are on the late shift or on call/out of hours support.
You must have a minimum of 12 months IT experience supporting Windows devices, Microsoft products and iphones on a fast paces service desk or similar, have an excellent telephone manor, and be passionate about helping people.
This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in the legal sector and become a Service Desk Analyst and would suit someone someone who has recently completed an apprenticeship or had a couple of contracts and looking for their first full time IT career
