As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be providing general support including checking devices are maintained, installing software and technical support on laptops, desktops and mobiles.
2nd Line Support Engineer Essential Skills:
Previous 2nd Line experience
Experience in hardware support
Good understanding of Windows support
