Position Title: Administrative Business Partner
Assignment duration: 12 months
Onsite schedule: Tuesday-Thursday at the office, Mondays and Fridays remotely
Bonus plan: Company Plan (yearly)
Salary: £16.51 – £19.85 p/h / 34K – 41K p/a

We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous projects, communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, and being a trusted partner for our executives and teams.
Supporting 2 Senior Directors in the UK Marketing team with an array of administrative tasks and projects. You will act as a Business Partner to your directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
Serve as a project manager and manage projects of different magnitude.
Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events and activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in an Administrative role working in a technology and/or international environment.
Ability to speak and write English fluently.
Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.Desired
Executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning experience.
Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
