Job Description

Role: Administrator
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £22,400 + benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this growing business, 100% home based working Monday-Friday.
The Administrator role provide expert support and service to students and centres. The team process student results received and are responsible for checking the accuracy of data received, inputting it into systems and then producing qualification certificates. As an Administrator you will be key part of the work this team delivers.
Duties of the Administrator:

Exporting uploading verified student results to the database to allow for Certification.
Processing student's achievement records within agreed timescales and SLAs, liaising with centres to provide feedback if incorrect/incomplete information has been supplied.
Processing results in accordance with internal and external compliance procedures to meet strict standards for accuracy including adherence to Ofqual regulations.
Supporting internal and external customers with general enquiries, through maintaining high levels of expert knowledge.
Processing applications for exemptions for students that have completed other qualifications.
Liaising with external training centres to recover student records, request new information and support them with their applications & enquiries.
Providing excellent customer service to students studying their qualifications.

What experience you'll need to be successful as an Administrator

Medium to advanced excel skills
Substantial administrative experience in a customer focused, high volume environment is essential, as well as the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Computer literate, with good accuracy and attention to detail are essential in order to maintain the integrity of membership records and the quality of the database.
Customer service focus is vital as service standards must be maintained, and service levels met.
Must be able to work as a reliable and flexible member of the team
