Do you have strong MS Office skills, including the ability to use databases? We are recruiting a digitally savvy Administrator to join a successful and busy organisation. You will be supporting the office with all aspects of administration to ensure their office runs smoothly and all administration processes are completed on time.
You will take ownership of:
Managing and updating the database
Responsible for new customer administration
Financial and compliance administration
Creating monthly reports and mail merge using MS Word and Excel
Credit control administration, sending out chase letters
HR administration, including new starter documentation
Office supplier administration such as insurance renewals
Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
Ad hoc projects as required This is an integral role to the office, therefore, you will have a passion for completing tasks quickly and accurately.
