Job Description

Role Purpose:

Provide administrative & office and sales support with course enquiry information to the prospective learners and existing ongoing learners at our Harrow Road (W10 4RA) Offices.

What you'll be doing ?

* The primary point of contact for all incoming calls, provide course information, dates, and times for every cohort we are going to start.

* Converting course enquiries to enrolments.

* Schedule, coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings

* Provide general secretarial administration duties as requested

* Ordering office supplies and arranging cleaning services weekly

* Support on minute taking, preparing documents and action planning

* Keeping reports and tabs on every enquiry, making sure Tutors and Management are kept in a loop.

* Manage diaries

* Liaise with learners, and employers where possible.

* Support leadership events in admin tasks

Who we're looking for?

* Previous experience in office management and/or administrative assistance preferred. However, training can be provided for the right candidate if had no previous direct experience, but the candidate can demonstrate the below attributes.

* Prior experience in a customer interfacing role

* Have excellent communication and organisational skills

* Have good written and verbal skills

* Have a high accuracy rate and attention to detail
