AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER Essex & London

If you are an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a background the installation, repairs and maintenance of AC systems as well as carrying out Planned & Reactive Maintenance to Air Conditioning Systems, then this could be a great opportunity to continue your career within a growing organisation.

Air Conditioning Engineer Duties & Responsibilities:

* You will be working on a mobile basis covering the Essex and London region

* Carry out Planned Maintenance and Servicing of Air Conditioning Systems within Commercial Premises as well as some domestic

* Systems will include; VRV, VRF, Split and Multi Split Systems

* Good knowledge of building services is ideal, including Fan Coil Units and HVAC

* Working from a PDA and closing off jobs. Regular liaison on the Help Desk and Contracts Manager

* Ordering materials/parts

* Overseeing any subcontractors on site

* Carry out RAMs

* Occasionally carrying out installation of new AC systems and commissioning

* Customer/Client facing and being able to offer advice on the best use of Air Conditioning systems and controls

Air Conditioning Engineer Experience and Qualifications:

* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

* Must hold FGAS Certification

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* IPAF/PASMA

* 5+ Years Post Qualified Experience

Air Conditioning Engineer Salary & Benefits:

* £35k to c£40k DOE

* Van + Fuel Card Supplied
