Job Description

We are partnered with a leading property company based in Leicester Square who are looking to grow their high achieving team with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The business focus on high end commercial and residential refurbishment and in the last year has invested over £200 million in regeneration projects in Londons West End.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets, cashflow and cost reports as required
Assist the project surveyor to implement value engineering, recording results.
Assist with the procurement of contract packages
Attend precontract meetings with suppliers, producing notes of meetings.
Attend site to monitor progress of works, assist in the preparation of valuations
On Offer:

£45,000/ £55,000 per annnum + discretionary bonus
