Job Description

The Company
Is an Established UK developer that is has been established for over 10 years. They work on super prime resi projects.At this present time, they are looking for an additional Assistant Quantity Surveyor, that is looking to work within the London area
The individual must have:
* Already working for a UK Residential Developer/ Main Contractor
* Experience in running projects from start to completion from at least £5m
* at least 3 years in the sector
* Be able to prepare monthly management and financial performance reports.
* Work closely with the clients to ensure a professional business relationship
* Drive and motivate the team through positive methods

The company is offering a very competitive of up to £45k plus package- depending on experience- with an immediate appointment in mind too
