Our client, a High-End Design House and Technical Consulting Firm, seeks an Assistant Treasury Manager to join their Treasury Team.

As an Assistant Treasury Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Treasury team, ensuring smooth operations and effective controls to safeguard cash assets. You will develop treasury solutions to maximize business performance, manage risk, respond to issues, and grow the business.

As an Assistant Treasury Manager, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Treasury team, ensuring smooth operations and effective controls to safeguard cash assets
Develop treasury solutions to maximize business performance, manage risk, respond to issues, and grow the business
Be an active participant in the treasury aspects relating to the introduction of a new EPR system, sharing knowledge and facilitating collaboration
Manage overnight and longer-term investment of surplus funds
Prepare daily, bi-weekly, and monthly treasury reporting and analysis, including ad-hoc reporting
Maintain global pooling structure, daily liquidity, and currency mix
Oversee global cash forecasting and improve accuracy
Monitor covenants, controls, compliance, and other risks
Manage and develop 1 direct report
This is a developing role with the potential to evolve as the Treasury team manages its way through a change program.To be successful in this role, the Treasury Manager should have:

Significant experience within Treasury, with an analytical and systems background (using Power BI)
Experience in leadership, managing, and developing employees, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in maintaining global pooling structure/ daily liquidity/ currency mix
Experience in managing overseas global cash forecasting and improving accuracy.
ACT – Association of Corporate Treasurers qualification is desirable.Our client offers a generous package that includes:
