A multidisciplinary construction consultancy, working with clients across central and southern England, are now seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Southwest London based team.

The Associate Building Surveying role

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you'll work on projects for both public and private sector clients, across the education, residential, health, leisure and commercial sectors, having a key involvement in both the design and specification, as well as seeing the project through.

Although the successful Associate Building Surveyor will have a focused approach to project work, you will also carry out party wall matters, dilapidations, expert witness and defects investigation and diagnosis.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have

MRICS/FRICS or AssocRICS with 4+ years' experience & a private practice/consultancy background
A project bias or keen interest
Strong client management experience
Multisector experience; particularly within the residential and commercial marketIn return?

£65,000 – £75,000
