About the role and about You
As a member of the Dilapidations team you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of fast paced and interesting instructions across a broad client base. Whilst the main focus of the team is to provide specialist dilapidations advice, the team do add value to the clients by delivering associated work such as contract administration and other building surveying services, so you will get a breadth of experience across the specialisms – and if you have a particular interest you will be supported with work to enable to you to pursue this area.
You will be confident to deliver clear commercial advice and promote business opportunities both in-house and externally. The team work with high values and integrity, and the expectation is for a value added approach to all instructions.

Support other areas of the business
Confidence to lead on presentations and client pitches
Contribute to the team business development strategy
Secure new business and support more junior members of the team so that all the team get access to clients
Empower the more junior members, show strong leadership and be an excellent role model to enhance the business brand. Our client is looking for someone with a flare for business development who can engage with the internal business to maximise opportunities.

Base Salary is negotiable but typically circa £55k+ £4500 car allowance with an excellent bonus scheme that could mean a package of in excess of £80K.
