Are you looking for a role within SEN Education that utilises your skill within the field of Autism or Personal Care?
 
Starfyn Education are working with a specialist school to find new candidates who are experience and ready to take on a exciting new challenge within the arena of Education.

This school caters for pupils of diverse abilities and ages, from 16 to 19. Holding a vision filled with opportunity and value, the school has excellent state of the art resources on site, catered for their therapeutic access to education and nurture development. 
This is a full-time, temp – perm role and you will working 8:30am – 4:30pm to ensure that all pupils have the correct supervision and support whilst on school campus.  This school has fantastic opportunities for professional development & continuous support from the senior leadership team and specialist colleagues. Pay can be up to £100 per day depending on experience
This is a perfect role to provide a valuable experience for aspiring Psychologist, SEN teachers, Therapist, Primary School Teachers and more.

As an Autism Support Specialist, the role is based around Autism so every pupil will hold an EHCP with Autism. You will absolutely need to hold strong knowledge, or experience, or interest in the field of Autism – understanding what Autism is, how it impacts young children in the learning environment, and what techniques and methods can be utilised effectively to help. You will provide support for all pupils with SEN requirements and use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils.

Previous experience working with children.
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
You MUST be resilient, patient, calm-natured, empathetic & adaptable. 
Candidates will be required to submit an application form as well as supply references, also you will be required to own an up-to-date, or be willing to apply for a Starfyn Education DBS
