Employee Relations Advisor

Eden Brown Synergy is working with an NHS Organisation based in North London which is seeking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor to join their Employee Relations Team for a minimum of 3 months.

Overview of the role

You will a provide comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service and professional HR advice to all staff groups.

As ER Advisor some of your key responsibilities include:

Analysing complex HR issues and making decisions in relation to e.g. disciplinary action, grievance hearings, sickness counselling, interpretation of HR policies.
Developing and reviewing existing HR policies, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
Monitoring sickness absence within divisions, working with your colleagues to maintain and improve sickness absence levels.
Delivering appropriate HR training courses, working with the Head of People Operations to ensure courses are informative and up to date.

Experience & Skills required:

Experience in a HR advisor role with a focus on Employment Relations.
Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
