Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Secondary school -Hayes- immediate start – £80 – £100 a day!

Teach360 are currently looking for a strong Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team in a secondary school in Hayes. This particular secondary school is well established in the area. As part of their excellent staffing team, they are seeking an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team of professionals where you will be supported every step of the way

About the role – Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Hayes

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work in the classroom supporting students with their academic studies. Alongside supporting students with their class work, you will also assist them with their behaviour. You'll be working closely with these students with the aim of improving their behaviour and their studies. Positive relationships with students will help you to build a loyal relationship with them. It is also possible for Behaviour Teaching Assistants to run interventions that are aimed at improving the mental health or behaviour of students.

Enhanced DBS or willing to get one

Team Teach ( desirable)
Experience working with young people with challenging behaviour
Can commute to Hayes
