Block Manager- Key Duties:
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of blocks, including maintenance, repairs, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, leaseholders, and suppliers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and relevant legislation
* Manage and monitor contractors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring their performance meets agreed-upon standards and specifications
* Develop and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and provide accurate financial reports to clients and stakeholders.
* Annual SC invoicing and budgets
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation related to block management activities
* Keep up to date with changes in legislation and regulations pertaining to property management, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
* Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts arising from block management activities, providing effective solutions and mitigating risks
* Collaborate with other internal teams, such as accounts, legal, and property management, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery
Block Manager – Person Profile:
* Previous experience in Block Management
* Full Drivers License
* Team player
* Self motivated
Block Manager – Salary Guide:
£28,000 – £35,000
Hours: 8:30am – 5pm or 9 am – 5:30 pm
4pm finish Friday
