Job Description


Salary: Depends on experience + Bonuses + Staff benefits

Location: London, Full time / Office based


* Taking ownership of an allocated portfolio and fulfilling the following duties:

* Preparing monthly management accounts.

* Preparing the monthly cash profit and loss

* Producing the annual service charge accounts.

* Performing service charge reconciliations on a monthly basis.

* Raising sales invoices.

* Submitting VAT returns.

* Responsible for variance analysis – actual vs budgets.

* Processing purchase invoices and preparing payment runs.

* Performing bank reconciliations.

* Preparing and processing expense claims – Employee Expense and Credit Card expense reconciliations.


* You will have at least 2 years of experience working within a property or financial services firm with the ability to produce accounts to trial balance. You will be a highly organised and driven person with a can-do attitude. You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in and as a result you will also gain some good all-around accounting experience.

* Must have ACCA qualifcation or partially.
