Job Description

Islington Council are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their legal disrepair service.

– Experience managing legal disrepair cases – Ideally have a surveying qualification (not essential) – Good understanding of damp and structural issues – Social housing experience (not essential) – Managing works from specification through to post inspection – Organised and proactive – able to manage their own calendar and caseload – Largely office based – There is use of pool cars
