Business Change Manager – SC/DV Cleared

My market-leading client is looking to secure the services of a contract Business Change Manager with SC or DV Clearance to assist with critical project work over the coming months. We are looking for a Business Change Manager with knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOMS) who comes from a Defence background.

Location: Hybrid
Rate: £500 – £600 per day
Duration: 3 Months initial (extensions)
Clearance: SC Clearance OR DV Clearance
IR35 Status: OUTSIDE

Key Skills:
* Target Operating Model Experience
* Defence Background
* Provide Business Change coaching and guidance to the IT services Leadership team in support of IT Services Transformation
* Develop detailed change plans for each IT services Enterprise Service organisation and support the Leaders in embedding these plans
* Provide Process Design oversight and coherence support
* Support the Leadership team in the implementation of their organisation's change plans
