Business Development Executive
Sector: Advertising / Media (Legal sector)
Location: Central London – hybrid working
Salary: £28-30k basic + OTE £15k (uncapped)
The Role: This is a fantastic position for a new business salesperson who is looking to develop their B2B sales skills within a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with some of the largest, most reputable law firms around the globe. As a BDE, you will be responsible for:
· Selling advertising and thought leadership opportunities across a range of print and digital legal publications.
· 360 sales – pitching and closing deals with new prospects, managing all new accounts you acquire to upsell and cross-sell to.
· Targeting Partners and Heads of Sales or Marketing within global law firms.
This role will involve self-generated prospecting, using a combination of Linkedin, emails and calls. Thanks to our client's strong reputation amongst law firms, no sales call is purely cold and there will be numerous lapsed or existing accounts to leverage. The incoming BDE will still be expected to be a proactive, confident communicator who is hungry to learn and develop their new business sales skillset.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to travel internationally to attend events and network with their international client base. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office.

Requirements: For this Business Development Executive role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
1+ year of new business telesales experience is essential, ideally within a B2B environment.
A background in media, advertising or publishing sales is ideal.
Knowledge of the legal sector is desirable but not needed – full sector training provided.
A proactive, money-motivated, go-getter looking to take the next step in their sales career.Benefits of this BDE role:
