Business Development Executive – FinTech Solutions
London – Hybrid
35k Base, 50-55k OTE + Excellent Benefits
  
Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech, works closely with recruitment companies and tech-driven consultancies to deliver flexible funding solutions and streamline their business. Through taking on a market that was traditionally monopolised by banks, this award-winning company has shown phenomenal growth with a clear runway for more. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Executive with circa 1 year’s experience.
  
As a Business Development Executive, you will:  

Develop new accounts 
Identify and build a pipeline of prospect accounts, utilising warm leads, networking, and through your own independent research
Target accounts in numerous vertical sectors
Qualify, close, and manage revenue streams of varying value
Utilise multiple forms of outreach, marketing support, and established partnerships
Monitor and manage input activity, conversion rates, and revenue values
Complete multi-level negotiations and manage 1-6 month sales cycles The ideal sales candidate will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  

1+ years proven sales experience gained within recruitment, selling recruitment solutions, FinTech, or payroll solutions (preferred)
Complex sales exposure
First-class communication and presentation skills
The ability to liaise and influence at every level
A proven record of sales success
Excited about working in an innovative and fast-paced company
Autonomous, driven, highly motivated, and oozing business acumen The successful candidate can expect:  

A base salary circa 35k
An uncapped OTE in excess of 50-55k
