Job Description
Business development manager / Field sales executive
North London patch
£26k-£50,000 earning year + £3000 car allowance
Annual incentive 1 week away with partner
Private healthcare
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Home based role with one day at home and 4 days spent in the field, the main purpose of job is to sell face to face, new and additional Washroom Service contracts at good profitable prices on long term hire periods.
Responsible for: Monthly sales and installations target through new and additional service contracts.
Main tasks of job:
– To sell the full range of my clients products and services consistently on a month-to-month basis.
– To ensure all sales leads are followed up and the client made contact with.
– To ensure the "sales process" is followed to maximise every face-to-face opportunity.
– To work with the operations team ensuring the sold contract then gets installed in a timely manner.
– To instigate and maintain customer visits to ensure the maintenance of existing portfolio and create further opportunities.
– To assist in client retention and minimising any loss of revenue to the business from potential terminations
This is a lucrative industry where earning potential year one is £45-50,000 in the following years earnings of upto £75,000+
The role will suit someone happy to generate new business, likes building rapport and who is able to build a solution and create a need.
