Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech, works closely with recruitment companies and tech-driven consultancies to deliver flexible funding solutions and streamline their business. Through taking on a market that was traditionally monopolised by banks, this award-winning company has shown phenomenal growth with a clear runway for more. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Business Development Manager with circa 2 years’ of experience.
  
As a Business Development Manager, you will:  

Develop new accounts with businesses in the 1-100 million turnover range
Identify and build a pipeline of prospect accounts, utilising warm leads, networking, and through your own independent research
Target accounts in numerous vertical sectors (recruitment, technical consultants, etc.)
Qualify, close, and manage funding streams up to 40 million in value
Pitch, build and sell credit proposals for invoice financing solutions
Monitor and manage input activity, conversion rates, and revenue values
Complete multi-level negotiations and manage 1-6 month sales cycles The ideal sales candidate will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  

2+ years of proven sales experience gained within recruitment or selling recruitment, FinTech, or payroll solutions (preferred)
Complex sales exposure
First-class communication and presentation skills
The ability to liaise and influence at every level
A proven record of sales success
Excited about working in an innovative and fast-paced company
Autonomous, driven, highly motivated, and oozing business acumen The successful candidate can expect:  

A base salary of circa 45-65k
An uncapped OTE of 70-95k
