Job Description

We are on the lookout for Case Managers who are looking to build a long-term career. You will be well rewarded with a starting salary of up to £28,000 and a monthly bonus scheme that should see earnings surpass £35,000 per annum.

Duties for the Case Manager

Work alongside the Property Finance Consultants, taking responsibility of a sale from the point it is returned to the brokerage
Effectively manage a pipeline of finance applications through to completion in a speedy compliant manner
Compile documentation provided by consultants into client packs
Reviewing application forms, loan documentation, credit reports, valuation reports, bank statements, Companies House, and HM Land Registry websites, before packaging them for approval by the lender
Contact lenders regarding queries with client cases, be persistent and diligent in your dealings with them
Contact clients to assist with completion of lender documentation
Actively engage solicitors and ensure completions take place within the client’s desired timescales
Provide any other general administrative support to all advisers.
Onboarding new introducers
Creating and maintaining reports in Excel
Updating contacts in the CRM database
Managing & training future junior hires
Monitoring websites for industry news and statistics
Attending team meetings and providing loan updates to managers
Carrying out ad hoc duties and aiding as and when required Skills required for the Case Manager

At least 1 years’ experience in property finance (mortgage lending or bridging)
CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred
Good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML, and fraud prevention systems
Ability to deal with a high-volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
Technology-savvy with a passion for building a new, market-leading product
Enthusiastic and driven individuals able to form strong relationships.
Professional phone manner and good written communication skills
Organised, Articulate, Numerate and Confident and a good attention to detail
