Job Description
Do you have a passion for Buying and a desire to learn more about promotional merchandise and where to source it? Then this may be the opportunity for you!
You would assist the senior buyers to provide excellent client service in the promotional merchandise category, as well as support them to deliver work and projects delivered successfully, on time and in budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. To respond timely and professionally to all internal and external client enquiries.
2. Source appropriate products from suppliers and issue customer quotes.
3. Manage order proofing and delivery process, meeting agreed deadlines.
4. To work in close partnership with all external and internal departments.
5. To both perform the role and maintain documentation related to the project.
6. To support internal teams to ensure the quality of all work that is delivered to the client is of the highest standard.
7. To invoice promptly and accurately.
8. To keep yourself informed of the latest industry and company developments to help with personal and professional development.
Experience
• Some relevant industry experience preferred.
• Good client facing skills.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Numerate and literate – GCSE pass grade preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
