A well-established, property and construction consultancy who operate throughout the UK are looking to appoint an experienced CDM Advisor to deliver CDM Advisory for clients in the London and surrounding counties.

This exciting opportunity offers large, interesting, high valued construction projects in predominantly commercial and residential sectors. A great chance to be part of a large multi-disciplinary company that offers growth, progression and CPD support.

The Successful CDM Advisor

The successful CDM Advisor should hold the following:

NEBOSH Construction Certificate
NVQ Level 6 or actively working to complete
IOSH Membership and ideally membership of the Association of Project Safety (APS)
3 Years minimum Construction, Design, Management experience
Good working knowledge of CDM2015 regulations
