Change and Adoption Specialist

My client is implementing a strategic transformation of business and IT systems in the coming years,

They need a change and adoption specialist to work with stakeholders such as, project teams, trainers, and end-users to ensure we manage change and transformation effectively and we get the most out of the products deployed.

The main responsibilities are:

Be accountable for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a successful strategy to support the adoption of any new or updated system.

Work with the internal communications and project teams to create, develop and subsequently deliver change and adoption related communications.

The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time.  Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment.

Essential and desirable criteria

Experience working on large change programmes

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

The confidence to influence others and challenge when necessary

Experience in planning and delivering change workshops

The ability to sell the benefits of changes to colleagues

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Willingness to learn and adapt
