Job Description

Here at TSA Surveying we have been instructed by a leading building consultancy to supply Chartered (MRICS) Building Surveyors on a freelance basis.
Our client has been instructed, on behalf of the DFE to carry out initial assessments of issues relating to RAAC in schools. This will involve our surveyor carrying out initial scoping surveys of RAAC schools and making a high-level assessment as to whether the school requires a subsequent visit of a Chartered Structural Engineer to conduct a detailed structural assessment.
The surveys will be done on a tablet device utilising GoReport.
This contract includes an attractive day rate and is Outside IR35.
