Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for a CHEF MANAGER/COOK for a Secondary school in KT9 area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Must have relevant previous experience.
The client is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking chef manager to run their secondary school in Chessington.
* You will be responsible for preparation of hot and cold food, managing a team of assistants, ordering, stock takes, tailoring menu items to meet the needs of your school from our exciting ranges, ensuring a good uptake from pupils.
* You will also be responsible for making sure yourself and the team follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
All general kitchen duties are included in this role as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15-16 per hour

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
MUST HOLD A VALID ENHANCED DBS
