Job Description
Kenna Recruitment are currently working with a leading property developer.
Our client are a top tier, high profile residential developer with several major projects underway in Central London's highest regarded locations.
They are offered an excellent package and remuneration for this role, and the chance to work on some of the Capitals highest profile projects.
The scheme is a £120m new build, prime residential building based near Hyde Park. The main contractor are a well known UK business. They seek an experienced Clerk of Work / Quality inspector on a full time basis within the project management team. The role would be reporting to the Associate Director, you would be responsible for overseeing that the quality of both materials and workmanship of the project are in accordance with the design information detailed in the specifications and engineering drawings.
Salary in the region of £80,000
