Job Description

This is your opportunity to start a long and successful career at a company that is making a huge change to the home cover industry. 

There are multiple positions available within the repairs team. You will be taking calls from customers and arranging engineers to be sent out to provide emergency repairs. 

The roles main focus is delivering exceptional customer service in relation to homecare and boiler/heating breakdown cover in an inbound call centre. There is an excellent onboarding and training programme so you will not be thrown in at the deep end. 

Location – Farringdon, London – After 3 months you will be given the option of hybrid working. 

Shifts – 8:00 am- 4:30am & 11am – 7:30pm, you will also be required to work the occasional weekend shift 9am-5pm. You will only ever work 5 days in 7. Weekend shifts are normally1 in 4. 

Salary – £24,000 + Generous pension of 8% matched, 25 days annual leave, as well as 12 days paid study leave a year
