Job Description
My client a leader in their field is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 6 month Temporary Contract with an immediate start
This role is primarily to support with all contracts related administration and act as a point of contact for all contracted resource related queries. This role will involve engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to internal policies, and maintaining a central log of information.
Responsibilities:
* Advise hiring managers on internal policy and process and ensure that all engagements comply with guidelines.
* Serve as liaison between external legal counsel for reviews on contracts & engagements.
* Act as point of contact and submit all approval requests on a weekly basis.
* Maintain central source of information/log related to contracted resources and the details of all confirmed contracts/engagements.
* Ensure that all records are stored appropriately for each contract within our central database.
* Advise hiring managers on internal policy and process and ensure that all engagements comply with these policies.
Qualities
* Well written and spoken English and basic Mathematics skills.
* Communication skills are essential to this role.
* Attention to detail is a must.
* Committed to the delivery of excellent service.
* Able to work well proactively & independently.
The role is both office and home based with discussion with your manager you will be in the office at least 2 days but may vary every week to fit in with business needs
