Contracts Administrator
Denmark Hill
£25-28k
5 days office based
Successful and friendly facilities management company based near Denmark Hill are looking for a dedicated and switched-on Contracts Administrator to join their team!
This role would suit somebody with previous experience managing busy diaries or with scheduling experience and somebody super organised!
You will be joining a close-knit and friendly team where everyone mucks in and supports each other in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Some of the duties of the role
Organising maintenance and further works calls ensuring the right engineer is sent of the right skill set
Liaise with the engineers to discuss progress of jobs, if they are going to meet deadlines and adjust the schedule accordingly
Raising quotations
Raising purchase orders
Organise deliveries of parts that arrive at the office
Signing off supplier invoices from finance
To update the maintenance paperwork
Taking telephone enquiries where necessary
About you:
Previous administration and customer focused experience
Experience either scheduling, managing diaries or booking appointments
Strong communications skills, written and spoken
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to liaise with a variety of people.
