Contracts Manager – London Based Role – Up to £65,000 + Package

Currently looking for a Hard Services Contract Manager who has experience of running multiple disciplined engineers on PPM and reactive contracts and small M&E works. This is for a National FM organisation for one of their main contracts.

The role will be a static site which is in Central London managing & dealing with the client directly and getting involved Contracts Manager –

Contracts Manager – Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven M&E Operational delivery experience gained within the FM/ Building services Maintenance industry.

Account management and communication skills are key.

Computer literate, able to use CAFM software or Microsoft programs to produce reports and small works quotations either by spreadsheets or another format electronically is Essential.

This role would suit a General Manager Contracts Manager, Hard Services Manager, M&E Manager, Technical Manager, Regional Manager, Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, Projects Manager or a Maintenance Manager / Supervisor who is at the stage of their career to take a step upwards off the tools and into a managerial role.
