Job Description
My Client, a leading company based in Middlesex are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a 12 month contract role.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm – office based.
Salary is £29,000.
Working for a growing business in the FMCG sector this position willl be working directly with the Sales Manager and will involve taking responsibility for all new account enquiries being one of the first points of contact.
Duties –
Managing the initial orders including creating website logins and confirming all emails
Respond to any enquiries
Hitting targets and achieving profit growth
Sending brochures and supporting the marketing team
Managing samples
Supporting Sales Manager with sales strategies
Manage website and pricing
Meet with customers
Building and nurturing customer relationships
Candidate requirements –
Previous experience in an FMCG environment within customer service or account management
Excellent team player
Conscious of new trends and brands
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
Excel knowledge
Previous experience using Netsuite (not essential)
