Amazing opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer services, and loves liaising with clients on the telephone. This role comes with training and is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within customer services. You will join a lovely team, and training will be provided. The role involves; managing inbound calls, handling customer queries and finding solutions and administrative support. You will liaise with customers but will also liaise with customers on email and will record results on EXCEL.
Must be passionate about customer services, with proven experience of managing incoming calls and problem solving. Must be highly organised and have a practical and logical mind. Will be a Team player, and someone who is keen and enthusiastic to learn. You will also need to be proficient within Microsoft office – and will be using Word, PowerPoint and Excel and will require basic administration skills. You will be confident at using Excel and writing business emails.
