Adecco are proud to be partnered with one of the UKs leading cruise operators, to recruit Customer Service Advisors who are as passionate about travel as they are.
Customer Service excellence is their priority, and you could be part of their customer facing team based from their modern and spacious offices in Uxbridge, with flexibility for hybrid working, earning £22000p/a.
As an ambassador for their excellent cruise holidays, a passion for travel is essential for this role. You must be relatable, friendly and be right there ready to help your customers when they need it.
What do we need from you?
High standard of customer service, and experience in customer relations
Good IT skills
Able to write emails in a clear and professional format
Able to maintain excellent customer service under pressure
A professional and friendly phone manner
