Job Description

A luxury menswear label is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an office-based role, where the successful candidate will be providing a world-class shopping and service experience through phone, email, and web chat. 


Placing orders, processing exchanges and refunds and answering any questions all in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
Communicating with customers via the phone, email, live chat and social media
Informing customers of stock shortages, locating the stock where possible
Working with warehouse and carriers to ensure that the customer has the best delivery experience
Monitoring feedback and communicating with customers as required
Aiding with the supervising and maintaining of the customer's online shopping journey, ensuring imagery, descriptions, FAQ’s and content are correct
Establishing long-term relationships with key customers based on data about their preferences, behaviours and purchases
Providing product recommendations and try-on services as and when required
Assisting the customer with buying online or from any of the company's stores
Taking part in new and current sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities
Using a ticketing system to respond to customers in an efficient and timely manner
Working with multiple order management systems to update customer details, process orders, monitor stock levels, and movement, and handle exchanges and refunds ESSENTIALS:

A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently within a busy retail and eCommerce environment
Experience with an online luxury retailer would be beneficial
Strong administration skills
Strong numerical skills
Passionate about your work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken.
