Our clients are looking to build a talent pool of experienced personnel and we assisting to actively recruit for experienced Customer Service Agents at Heathrow Airport (TW6 1EW) for temporary ongoing work.22.90

Pay rates are between £11.45 p/h and £22.90 p/h (depending on the client and shift pattern).

Hours of work are 8 to 12 hour shifts between 0415 hrs and 2230 hrs including weekends.

Our Customer Service Agents perform a variety of duties which will include:

• Face-to-face customer service
• Retail sales
• Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the airport
• Use skills and knowledge to promote and increase promotions and sales

Customer Service Agents will receive:

• 21 hrs to 40 hrs per week plus overtime when available
• Part-time opportunities (flexibility required)
• Training and development to build careers in aviation
• Weekly or monthly pay
• Parking where available

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Be able to commute to Heathrow Airport for shift start and finish times
• Have experience working in a customer facing environment
• Be flexible and work in all roles
• Be prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends, Saturdays and or Sundays
• Be capable of standing for long periods and walking distances, with occasional outdoor work
