Career Level Manager
Our client is recruiting for a Customer service agent to join their company. You will be working as part of a busy team in a busy Transport office. You will be taking telephone calls and dealing with all bookings coming in. This will involve data entry, booking forms, liaising with customers, responding to emails, solving problems etc.
It is essential you have accurate computer skills, a good, clear telephone manner and able to prioritise. The role will be on a shift pattern Monday to Friday and hours can be either 8am – 4pm or 12pm – 8pm. You must have transport related experience and have excellent customer service and admin skills!
Starting salary is 23 – 24k plus 28 days holiday, pension
Ideally You must be a car driver, or live within commutable distance to cycle / walk
