Due to unforeseen circumstances, we sadly find ourselves currently looking for a NEW TEAM MEMBER to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, a CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT!
Some experience of customer services is ESSENTIAL but just as important is your attitude and commitment – you will need at least 12 months experience ideally.

What will you be doing?
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will be providing excellent customer experience by communicating courteously via telephone, letter, Live Chat and email. You will provide help and advice to customers that use their products and services and liaising with their suppliers. You will investigate and solve customer concerns, handling any issues through to resolution to provide their customers with a consistent personal touch.
The perfect candidate for the role:
* Live locally to the Bromley/Orpington area
* Have strong customer services skills either gained from a commercial or RETAIL setting
* Great communication skills – written and verbal
* Organised team player
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Professional, polite and helpful
* Great PC skills – Word/Outlook
There will be full training given across all departments in Customer Services – Billing, payments, order processing so no previous experience in their sector is necessary.
