Job Description
Cyber Security Architect – Privileged Access Management – TSA
Location: Ipswich/Birmingham/London/Bristol/Belfast
Hybrid: 3 days/week on site
Rate: Inside IR35 £600 – £800/day DOE
Job Summary:
The Cyber Security Architect – Privileged Access Management (PAM) will work in the Colleague Services Unit and will be responsible for designing and implementing a modern PAM solution to meet the security requirements of the Telecom Security Act (TSA) legislation. The cyber security architect will initially assess the compliance of the current network platforms, identify gaps, propose appropriate solutions, and work closely with the delivery manager for the proposed migrations.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform gap analysis on current privileged identity management platforms against the TSA requirement for 2024/25.
Work with central architecture and security teams to ratify decisions against OFCOM assessment criteria.
Identify tactical PAM solutions that can be used to fill gaps in the existing platform's compliance with TSA regulations.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to identify gaps in the current network platforms.
Work with the delivery manager to propose appropriate solutions to address the identified gaps within the regulation stipulated time frames.
Provide technical responsibility for the proposed migrations and use expertise to un-block issues and escalate blockers.
Define the platform architecture and produce the high-level solution design.
Outline a plan for the eventual migration from any tactical solutions towards the strategic platform.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills in PAM, with experience in designing and implementing PAM solutions in complex environments.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure and network security concepts.
Experience in performing gap analysis and developing solutions to meet compliance requirements.
Knowledge of the Telecom Security Act (TSA) legislation is desirable.
Experience in collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to identify gaps in the current network platforms.
Experience in defining the platform architecture and producing high-level solution designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience in managing and leading teams is desirable
